The Coalition’s new Fuel Shortage Tracker website
Federal Member for Page, Kevin Hogan, is encouraging locals to report fuel shortages through the new website, www.nofuelhere.com.au. The website’s aim is to identify regional communities that are feeling the sting of the nation’s fuel crisis.
Your report can be as simple or detailed as you wish. Whether it’s a quick note that your local servo is out of fuel, or more detail about how long supplies have been down and the impact it’s having.
“Our communities rely on fuel, it’s how people get to work, school, and keep their farms and businesses going. When supply runs short, we feel it immediately.”
The website, launched by the Coalition, will give communities the opportunity to report live shortages, showing the real impact the fuel crisis is having on regional communities.
“The Albanese government keeps saying this is a distribution issue not a shortage. We know that’s not what regional communities are experiencing. We are taking Australia’s fuel crisis seriously. We need to know what communities are being hit the hardest, and how to deliver them real solutions.”
