Nimbin Headers Soccer Club now have the ability reduce their power bills, whilst also doing their part for the environment.
Federal Member for Page Kevin Hogan today inspected their new solar battery storage system.
“Nimbin Headers came to me asking to help secure funding for the installation of this new system,” Mr Hogan said.
“I secured almost $13,000 to assist with this project.”
“Sporting clubs are a vital part of our community, especially in Nimbin.”
“This will allow them to reduce their power bills and spend more money on their club.”
“Great to join them and inspect the finished project.”
