Old Bonalbo is set for a funding boost with new money announced to improve a number of important community facilities.
Federal Member for Page Kevin Hogan said $160,000 will be spent to provide improvements to Council owned community facilities.
“This funding will be used to upgrade carparking at Sinclair Street frontage and access pathway to tennis courts.,” Mr Hogan said.
“These upgrades will make it more attractive for visitors to Old Bonalbo. This means more customers for our local businesses.”

“This funding is designed to support councils deliver priority infrastructure projects to support jobs and help communities bounce back from the COVID-19 pandemic.”
This funding has been allocated through the Federal Government’s Local Roads and Community Infrastructure Program (LRCI). Kyogle Council received over $1 million as part of the funding allocation.
